PLANS & PRICING
Kitchens of the Valley has a range of subscription plans to suit everyone's needs.We are here to grow with you, as you increase your hours in the kitchen the more economical it will be become for you.Plans are billed and due at the first of every month, additional hours are available at the plans hourly rate, hours are not transferable to the following month.Pricing includes one station and shared use of ovens and dish cleaning area.Hours are based on availability; long term tenants have first access to booking space in the kitchen.All pricing is based on month-to-month leases. Long term leases are available, please inquire.

40 hours a month at $18 an hour and 20% off storage
30 hours a month at $20 an hour and 15% off storage
20 hours a month at $22 an hour and 10% off storage
10 hours a month $30 an hour
Full-Time Tenant
$3000/month
50 hours per week

SUMMER SPECIAL
Incubator Food Start-Up ProgramMonth to Month Basic Kitchen Plan: $500/Month - 25 Hours Single Prep Table (1-2 People).
Plan Includes: garbage, recycling, compost, dry storage, equipment, walk- in and freezer space. Configure the kitchen plan that works for you. Add hours, storage, amenities as you need. You can change your plan from month to month.
We offer flexible rental options, 24/7 access, industry-grade equipment, and an FDA-approved facility so you can focus on what you do best—creating exceptional food.

REQUIREMENTS
All businesses are unique and needs for the kitchen vary, but we need these items before you can start in the kitchen. Here's a list of things you will need to use the kitchen.

Food Handlers Certificate (Chef and staff)
Business License
Liability Insurance
$750 Refundable Security Deposit
Signed contract from Kitchens of the Valley
$50 annual membership. This includes one training on the kitchen and safety procedures. All new staff must do this training ($35)

THE TEAM
Mark Raymond, Chef & Owner
Mark has honed his cooking skills literally around the world, having worked in kitchens in New Zealand, Australia, London, Spain and Sonoma. He spent five years working in the wine industry as a Cellar Assistant, National Sales Manager, General Manager, and Winery Chef, which has given him a great sense of the art of wine and food pairing. In 2010, he started Mark’s the Spot Fine Food, and has been featured in The New York Times, Conde Nast Traveler, the Press Democrat, The Bohemian, and The Napa Register. Marks the Spot Fine Food has been awarded the Best Wedding Caterer by Bohemian Magazine and Lux Life Magazine (2 years), Best Caterer-Northern California by Global Wedding Awards, and Catering Company of the Year by Innovation and Excellence Awards.
